Go to the Event Booking page in this website, scroll down and you will find “Choose Institution”. You will have to choose your university from the drop down menu and continue. You will be taken to a new page where you can see the various packages that we offer. Scroll down and you will find a box under “Service” where you can choose your preferred service. Click continue and a calendar will pop up where you can book your slot. After choosing your date and time slot you can hit continue. You will be taken to the payment page.
Please choose “PhotoGrad Studio” in Booking system : Choose your institution in Event booking page of the website. OR go to Products & Packages and book it directly for the institution.
If your institution is not included in drop down menu you can choose PhotoGrad Studio and book your slot for you photo to be taken at the studio. Our address is PhotoGrad Hasan Holdings (1st Floor), 52/1 New Eskaton Road, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh
We will confirm the specific location through email as well in case of any changes.
If you have chosen your university as the institution for booking, you will receive email from us regarding location. We will have a designated area in your campus where have to come at the time slot you chose. We will signpost them usually and direction to the specific studio area will be mentioned.
We understand unexpected circumstances may happen. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours (3 days) prior to your booked session. You will be credited for your future booking session that can be scheduled any time. If you cancel or miss a session with less than 48 hours notice, your session fee will be deducted from your account (i.e. you will be charged the full amount).

You will have to cancel the current order and go through the booking process again.
You will have one week to request for digital photos after which we start to archive or remove the photos from our system. You will also have to pay an additional Tk 1500 plus VAT for the upgrade pacakge from Deluxe to Ultimate.
We will provide you with the gown/hat and a mock scroll for the photographs. If you do have a gown for the insituation with the correct size we recommend that you bring that as well. But we will have the gowns , hats and mock scroll at our studio.
Our photographers and photo editor will create the perfect portrait for you. If you are totally unhappy we will request you to come back to our studio and will try our best to accommodate you at our next available time.
You will receive them after the convocation ceremony if the photoshoot takes place before your ceremony. As we officially partner with Universities we can only request the photos to be collected from the University or our offices. We will keep you informed.
Details about collection point will be emailed to you. If you are unable to collect it on that day, we will be available at the university during some designated day and time. We will provide you the information in the email closer to the time.
